I used this antibody to test for IFNAR1 expression in mouse BL/6 and Peromyscus cells. This antibody did not detect IFNAR1 in the cells I tested, which I find surprising because I expected to detect protein at least in the control (C57BL/6) cells.

I used this antibody to test for endogenous protein expression. Although I knew there was a chance it might not work with the peromyscus cells (because the protein may be so different between both species that the antibodies wouldn't work), I at least expected to detect IFNAR1 in the control C57BL/6 cells. Overall, this antibody did not work in my hands and under the conditions tested.
