Experimental Design and Results Summary

Applications

Flow Cytometry

Sample

Human synovial cells

Primary Incubation

30 minute incubation at 4oC. Live/dead stain.

Blocking Agent

No specific blocking step. 2% FCS in staining buffer.

Secondary Incubation

30 minute incubation at 4oC. Antibody cocktail used at this point containing antibody at 10ug/ml.

Tertiary Incubation

None

Detection

Mo Flow Astrios EQ 488 excitation 540/40 bandpass filter for emission

Results Summary

Antibody stained positive population however the staining was not very bright and as a result the population was visible as a shoulder on the negative peak
