Mouse pups at p12 to p15 were either exposed to low oxygen or normal room air for 3 days. After treatment, eyes were enucleated, retinas were extracted, retinal extract were prepared, an equal amount of proteins were resolved in 10 % SDS-PAGE, and immunoblotted with αPAK antibody to check its study state levels. Selection of antibody was based specificity of αPAK antibody band shown in antibody flyer.

αPAK antibody has detected only specific band of Pak1 protein at nearly 65 kDa molecular weight. However, there was no or little effect of treatment observed.
