GRB associated binder-1(Gab-1) is an adapter protein which plays a major role in intercellular signaling cascades and is activated by various tyrosine kinases like INSR, EGFR, HGFR, and cytokine receptors. Here we checked the time course effect of chemoattarctant on Gab1 phosphorylation by immunoprecipitation.
