Results Summary

In checking T cell reconstitution following irradiation, this antibody together with anti-Thy1.1 EF450, was very useful in distinguishing Thy1.1+ vs. Thy1.2+ vs. Thy1.1/Thy1.2 heterozygotes. We obtained good separation between positive and background. This antibody is also routinely used, instead of anti-CD3 or TCRbeta to identify T cells.
