Results Summary

This antibody gives a decent separation between positive population and background. It is highly expressed in the CD25+Foxp3+ population but not CD25-Foxp3- cells. When used in combination with other Treg-associated markers such as GITR, CD25 and CD127 this antibody can be useful to isolate live Tregs.
