CO2 incubators are essential instruments for culturing various cell lines. Having a well designed and properly functioning incubator will serve better for our needs. This CO2 incubator is portable and easy to carry. It has a 48 litre capacity pan which is filled with autoclaved distilled water with PH 7-9.

CO2 levels are set to 5% and temperature to 37C. pour the autoclaved milliQ water (required quantity) in the tray provided in the incubator. When the incubator reaches the set values like temperature, pressure and humidity place the culture dish or flask.
Always maintain hygienic condition in the chamber with disinfectants.
