This antibody reacts with all isoforms of mouse CD45 and has been useful when I needed to identify hematopoietic cells in whole blood from B6 and Balb/C mice.

Results Summary

This antibody stains specifically hematopoietic cells. Further classification into lymphocytes, monocytes and granulocytes can be done by looking at CD45 vs. SSC-A. Great separation between positive and negative cells, even for this dim fluorochrome. Highly recommend.
