PE/Cy7 Anti-Mouse/Human CD11b Antibody

In order to study immune cell influx during a self limiting inflammatory response in the lung, LPS was instilled into mouse lungs. 24 hours later, brohchoalveolar lavage was performed to isolate airway cells. CD11b antibody was used as a second marker for neutrophils, as well as a phenotypic marker for infiltrating monocytes and alveolar macrophages. This antibody was recommended by a colleague.
