I do cloning for animal experiments to use as liver cancer models and thus use a variety of molecular biology reagents including antibodies, plasmids, and RNA kits. For this antibody, just follow the manual's instruction, 1:200 dilution for IHC staining, 1:1000 used for WB study, and then do the experiment accordance with the IHC or Western blot protocol.
