I am evaluating the expression of CD4, CD5 and CD7 on Jurkat cells after CRISPR/Cas9 mediated knock-out as a proof-of-principle experiment. We were trying to establish whether the knockout works, and it was easiest to address that by looking at the surface receptors. This product gave good staining of the Jurkat cell line.
