Beta-III- Tubulin protein expression is modulated in Glioblstoma stem cells upon treatment with differentiating agents. We intended to check the beta-III tubulin expression changes in glioblastoma stem cells and its differentiated cells. This product was used to check expression of beta III Tubulin in glioblastoma cells.

Increased expression of beta-III Tubulin was observed in differentiated U87 cells.
Washing with 1XPBS should be done after fixation, permeabilization, primary incubation and secondary incubation. For secondary incubation, experiment must be performed in dark. Mount the cover slip with vector-shield to prevent photo bleaching.
