The aim of this study was to identify ectonucleases on T cells in human peripheral blood. We chose this antibody because of the promised clear staining and because of the price.

Primary Incubation

50ul of blood was incubated for 30 minutes at room temperature in the dark with the antibody. After this, peripheral blood was lysed using the BD lysing buffer as indicated in the manual. Cells were washed three times with PBS and then resuspended in 300ul of FACS buffer and used for flow cytometry.
