Immunohistochemistry
Coronal sections of mouse brains (40 micrometers thick)
1:200 dilution in TBS-X plus for 72 hours at 10 degrees Celsius.

1:250 for 100 min at room temperature

The stain went well and all of the positive cells could be seen without any background interference.
