The aim of the research was a phenotypic analysis of human peripheral blood trying to use minimal amounts of sample. First, CD45+ cells were identified using this antibody.

Experimental Design and Results Summary

Applications

Flow Cytometry

Sample

Human peripheral blood

Primary Incubation

Staining was performed directly on 50ul of peripheral blood. 1ul of antibody was used and incubated for 30 minutes at room temperature. Cells were then lysed with 1ml of BD lysing solution. After that cells were washed three times with PBS and then resuspended in 300ul of FACS buffer. Cells were directly taken to measure using flow cytometry
