HLA-A-B-C was expressed on unstimulated human adult monocyte-derived DCs.
Brief protocol: - Resuspend cells at a concentration of 1.2 million cells/mL and aliquot 180 ul of cells into 96-well plate - Centrifuge and discard supernatant - To stain the cells, use antibody at 1/20 dilution in 20 ul FACS buffer - Stain cells for 30 min on ice - Wash cells and resuspend in 180 ul FACS buffer for flow cytometry
