We wanted to examine if our TCR transgenic CD4 T cells were proliferating in response to an autoantigen straight out of an animal without further stimulation. Splenocytes from the transgenic mouse were stained with extracellular markers, fixed and permed with buffers that came with the eBioscience Foxp3 staining kit and then stained with anti-Ki67 antibody.
