I used this antibody to measure STAT5 activation in mouse CD4+ T cells upon treatment with our stimuli. I was looking for an antibody which I can use for different species. Finally, I found this antibody and it works well.

I got nice, clear distinct bands without many non-specific bands. Band intensity was good and easy to quantify by densitometry.
