I use this antibody to measure NF-kB activation in mouse CD4+ T cells after treatment with our stimuli. I was looking for an antibody which I could use for Western blot, immunofluorescence, and flow cytometry. This antibody fulfilled all that I needed.

This antibody worked well in my blots for NF-kB activation. It gave me a clear specific band without any non-specific bands.
