We use this kit on a regular basis to determine the levels of IL-23 in mice injected with various types of minicircle DNA. Because the sample size is large and we were aiming for a cheap kit that would determine the levels with high sensitivity, we decided to try this kit. BioLegend's kit is very simple to use and determines serum levels with great sensitivity and specificity. We have never had any problems with it with regards to background etc.

Kit was used as per the BioLegend protocol. Serum quantity used varied between 1:5 dilution to 1:10
Not really. Background is nearly zero if instructions are followed properly
Generates good standard curve and concentrations as low as 20pg/ml were easily determined
Ease of use. Finishes within a day
Excellent. Prefer this over other products available in the market. It's cheap and works best.
