The aim of this study is to check the MCP-1 induced pp70S6K role in human aortic smooth muscle cells (HASMS). These p70S6 kinase is a mitogen activated Ser/Thr protein kinase that is required for cell growth and G1 cell cycle progression. In the current study we want to elucidate its role in HASMS cells.

Summary

The Good

This antibody is very specific and I didn't see any background..

The Bad

The signal is not as strong as expected and we have wait for at least 15 minutes to get the signal.

The Bottom Line

This antibody is very good for Western blot, it is very specific and without much background. The signal can be detectable even at low concentration. It is definitely recommended for performing Western blot.
