We were interested in looking at the protein levels of menin as well as its interacting partners in prostate cancer cell lines (VCaP and LNCaP). We performed immunoprecipitation with menin antibody followed by Western blotting using other antibodies. Bethyl menin antibody performs really well for IP as well as Western blotting. It is very consistent between various batch as well.
