The main purpose of our work is to identify new functional roles of candidate genes in the cellular network. In order to understand their functional roles, we downregulate the candidate genes in different cell lines and verify it with Western Blot by using specific antibodies. Even with a very high dilution this antibody is able to detect the specific Beta Actin in Western-Blot.
