I used the antibody to detect Lamin A/C in cytoplasmic (cyto.) and nuclear (nucl.) fractionated samples to assay the level of contamination in the different fractions. The Lamin A/C shows up in the nuclear fraction but not in the cytoplasm, which is what is expected.

Chemilumenescence
I saw Lamin A/C bands of the expected molecular weight in the nuclear fraction and not the cytoplasmic fraction. There was also very low background signal using this antibody suggesting high specificity.

This is a good antibody if you want to detect Lamin A/C and I would recommend it.
