We used this product to asses effects of Aryl hydrocarbon receptor activation in dendritic cells and T cells. We assessed AhR activation in whole spleen primary cultures. We used Pacific Blue anti-MHCI antibody because it worked within our staining panel.

Summary

The Good

The manufacturer recommended concentration worked well, and we had clear separation of positive and negative peaks

The Bad

Pacific Blue can be a dim fluorochrome

The Bottom Line

For large MHCI+ populations this works well;however I would use a brighter conjugate if you are assessing subtle changes in MHCI expression.
