Works great in with a tyrosine hydroxylase primary antibody and DAPI-containing mounting medium to detect dopaminergic neurons in frozen tissue. Haven't had any problems with fluorescent bleaching or loss of signal.

Great signal, no non-specific binding
Works great and is very stable. We'll keep using this antibody anytime we need a 488-conjugated secondary.
