Product Name:

AffiniPure Donkey Anti-Mouse IgG (H+L)

Catalog Number:

715-545-150

This antibody is used in conjunction with an anti-tyrosine hydroxylase antibody to view dopaminergic neurons in the SN in the MPTP-mouse model of PD. Following staining with primary and secondary antibodies, positively stained neurons are quantified using stereological analysis.

Summary

The Good

Great signal, no non-specific binding

The Bad
