The main aim of our research is to see the proliferation of cancer cells in 3D spheroids. Specific goal: Identify the cancer cells proliferating regions in a 3D spheroid. I selected this antibody to try for my immunohistochemistry assay as I was looking for something at a cheaper cost and with a good specificity.
