To detect the TIM-4 expression on LPS activated peritoneal macrophages.
We measured the TIM-4 expression on activated peritoneal macrophages by LPS. Primary peritoneal macrophages are from WT B6 mouse. After a low dose (10ng/ml) of LPS stimulation, these activated peritoneal macrophages expressed high level of TIM-4.
