We used rIl-33 from Biolegend and it works very well both in culture set up and in vivo.
We used hIL-33 to stimulate T cells and innate cells
10-20 ng/ml
Add every 3-4 days for in vitro culture.
Do not use more than 50 ng/ml as it may induce cell death.
Cells grow happily and proliferate nicely after rIL-33 administration.
