At MilliporeSigma it’s our mission to help scientists solve some of the toughest problems in Life Science research. We understand that as a provider of antibody reagents, tools that are used every day to advance scientific research, we play an important role in that effort. We believe that the robust performance and consistency of our antibodies can make a critical difference in this cause.

Our commitment to produce quality antibodies is rooted in our focus on the customer and their application-specific needs. This collaborative approach not only helps us rapidly provide new antibodies that our customers want, but it has also helped us understand the standard of application testing and information that’s needed  and the level of technical service resources required to support optimal product usage and performance.

As a long standing manufacturer and developer of antibodies this approach has led us to being first to market with antibody reagents that were rapidly adopted and are still iconic in the areas of Neuroscience, Cancer, and Epigenetics research. But it has also enabled us to provide advanced antibody assays based on highly characterized and validated multiplex panels and entirely new levels of cell characterization through our imaging flow cytometry platforms.

But as every antibody and experimental design is unique, individual assays designed by customers themselves must still be optimized empirically. And this often includes careful consideration of antibody titers, samples sources, and the design of experiment.

Because we recognize these challenges, our antibodies also backed by the support of a highly trained technical staff that can provide guidance in individual experimental design and usage. This includes step by step assistance in techniques and troubleshooting based on many years of experience. So at MilliporeSigma we take our role in the mission to help scientists solve the toughest problems in Life Science research very seriously, and we recognize it is our partnership with scientists that make the biggest difference.
