With a new focus on 3D cell culture applications, Corning has designed 3D spheroid plates that offer a unique shape and coating to enable culturing of a single tight spheroid in each well. Additionally, in collaboration with BioCision, Corning has introduced uniquely designed cryopreservation chambers that allow customers to tightly control the freeze rate of cells at 1° per minute, ensuring better quality, better integrity of cells, and a standardized process among multiple users.
