Flow cytometry is facilitating multi-omics (genomic, transcriptomic and proteomic) analysis by sorting, collecting and analyzing cells to help identify the diversity of cell types and states, and the role they are playing in a certain area or disease state. This webinar brings together a group of senior post-doctoral fellows from labs that are actively involved in using flow cytometry for diverse applications.
These young scientists are keen to share their knowledge and expertise in preparation of cells and reagents, setting up assays, instruments and controls, and sorting cells from various sample types to provide accurate and reproducible results for flow cytometry. They will give short presentations followed by a live Q&A session to provide feedback on issues related to set-up, execution and data analysis for flow cytometry.
