Complete your multicolor flow cytometry panels with PerCP-Cy™5.5 conjugates

Standardized multicolor flow cytometry panels have become one of the basic tools in hematooncology and immunology. In these panels PerCP-Cy™5.5, a blue laser-excitable tandem dye with emission maximum at 692 nm (far red), is convenient for combination with other fluorochromes for blue laser, such as FITC, Alexa Fluor® 488 or PE. PerCP-Cy™5.5 is a relatively bright fluorochrome suitable for less abundant antigens. There is no spectral overlap into the PE channel, however, cross-laser compensation is required in the APC channel.
