Eight weeks old male C57Bl/6 mice were inoculated with FBL3 cells (5 × 105 cells per mice) for 7 d to establish the solid tumors. Mice were treated intraperitoneally with 100 µL of PBS, or SMU-Z1 (0.3 mg in 100 µL of PBS) once in every 5 d. Splenocytes were harvested on day 35 to isolate and analyze the CTLs.
