Fig 3: Western blot analysis of CRIM1 expression in immortalized podocytes during the proliferative phase and differentiated phase as compared to the expression in renal tissue homogenate. Normalization has been performed by detecting for GAPDH. The protein levels in the podocytes is approximately ten times higher than the levels in tissue homogenate.
