Immunohistochemical analysis of CD171 in formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tissue section of human brain. Samples were incubated in CD171 monoclonal antibody (Product # MA1-46044) using a dilution of 1:200 followed by HRP labeled anti-mouse secondary antibody and DAB reagent. Nuclei of cells were counter-stained with hematoxylin. Cytoplasmic and membrane staining as observed in the cerebral cortex.
