Description
Product Characteristics: Thrombin is a trypsin-like serine protease protein that in humans is encoded by the F2 gene. Coagulation factor II is proteolytically cleaved to form thrombin in the first step of the coagulation cascade which ultimately results in the stemming of blood loss. Synonyms: Polyclonal Thrombin antibody, Anti-Thrombin antibody, Factor II antibody, Coagulation Factor II antibody, F2 antibody, PT antibody.
