Western blot analysis was performed on whole cell extracts (30 µg lysate) of HCT 116 (Lane 1), Hep G2 (Lane 2), Raji (Lane 3), HeLa (Lane 4), HT-29 (Lane 5) and tissue extract of Rat Lung (Lane 6). The blot was probed with Anti-FOXO1 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-20972, 1µg/mL) and detected by chemiluminescence using Goat anti-Rabbit IgG (Heavy Chain) Superclonal™ Secondary Antibody, HRP conjugate (Product # A27036, 0.25 µg/mL, 1:4000 dilution). A 69 kDa band corresponding to FOXO1 was observed across all the cell lines and tissue extract tested.
