Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence analysis of CD131 (CSF2RB) in U937 cells using CSF2RB Chimeric Monoclonal Antibody (Product # MA5-48120). Paraformaldehyde-fixed cells were immobilized on cover slips and stained with CSF2RB Chimeric Monoclonal Antibody at 10 µg/mL followed by Alexa Fluor 488 secondary antibody (2 µg/mL), showing membrane staining. The nuclear stain is DAPI (blue). Panels show from left-right, top-bottom CSF2RB Chimeric Monoclonal Antibody, DAPI, merged channels and an isotype control. The isotype control was stained with FITC Chimeric Monoclonal Antibody (Product # MA5-47752) followed by Alexa Fluor 488 secondary antibody.
