Intracellular staining of 11-day Th17-polarized BALB/c splenocytes with Anti-Mouse CD4 FITC (Product # 11-0042-82) and 0.125 µg of Anti-Mouse IL-21 PE. Cultures were treated for 5 hours prior to harvest with either Brefeldin A (Product # 00-4506-51) alone (left) or PMA, Ionomycin, and Brefeldin A (right). Cells in the lymphocyte gate were used for analysis.
