ELISpot assay for enumeration of cells secreting mouse IL-10:
Mabtech’s ELISpot PLUS kits are ideal for users who wish to obtain the necessary components for a convenient ELISpot assay, including plates pre-coated with capture antibody. The use of pre-coated plates eliminates the ethanol pre-treatment and antibody coating steps from the assay protocol and reduces variability between assays.
Our ELISpot PLUS kits are available in 2 and 10 plate format.
