VisUCyte HRP Polymer secondary antibodies utilize a unique biotin-free detection reagent for staining cells and tissues with a high level of specificity and sensitivity. Traditional avidin-biotin complexes can cause background staining of endogenous biotin in tissue samples. R&D System’s VisUCyte HRP Polymer avoids these background staining problems. In addition, it is more sensitive than traditional detection methods so less primary antibody required. Multiple reactivities, host species, and quantities of VisUCyte HRP Polymer secondary antibodies are available.
