Description
Mouse Bone Morphogenetic Protein 8B CLIA Kit is a highly sensitive Chemiluminescent Immunoassay (CLIA) for meauring Bone Morphogenetic Protein 8B in biofluid samples, such as serum, plasma and other biological fluids. Reagents for up to 96 tests.
This assay recognizes Mouse BMP8B in samples. No significant cross-reactivity or interference between Mouse BMP8B and analogues was observed. Our Bone Morphogenetic Protein 8B CLIA kit uses the Sandwich-CLIA principle. The micro CLIA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Mouse BMP8B. Standards or samples are added to the micro CLIA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Mouse BMP8B and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Mouse BMP8B, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear fluorescence. The Relative light unit (RLU) value is measured by the Chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer. The RLU value is positively associated with the concentration of Mouse BMP8B. You can calculate the concentration of Mouse BMP8B in the samples by comparing the RLU value of the samples to the standard curve
