Description
PKC inhibitor. Has been shown to selectively inhibit several PKC isoenzymes (IC 50 = 7nM for PKCα and PKCβ; 6nM for PKCγ; 10nM for PKCδ; 60nM for PKCζ). The compound does not effectively inhibit PKCµ (IC 50 =20 µM) and therefore can be used to differentiate PKCµ from other isoforms
