Description
Ganodermin is an antifungal protein from fruiting bodies of the medicinal mushroom Ganoderma lucidum. It has antifungal activity against B.cinera, F.oxysporum and P.piricola with IC50 values of 15.2 µM, 12.4 µM and 18.1 µM, respectively. Ganodermin lacks deoxyribonuclease, ribonuclease and protease inhibitory activities
