Primary Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells (PBMC) are a heterogeneous population of blood cells with a single round nucleus and include macrophages, dendritic cells, monocytes and lymphocytes. These cells were isolated from normal blood tissue and have been fully authenticated and characterized by ATCC. The cells can be used in the study of immunology, infection, cancer, hematology, and t-cell suppression assay. This one vial contains a minimum of 25 × 106 viable cells (provided)
