The CD44 protein binds to hyaluronic acid and TGF-β receptors and contributes to cytokine function. CD44 is involved in T cell activation, protein phosphorylation, and Wnt signaling and is strategically located in the plasma membrane and microvilli. CD44 Protein, Mouse (HEK293, His) is the recombinant mouse-derived CD44 protein, expressed by HEK293, with C-His labeled tag
