Description

Accuracy and reproducibility are the cornerstones of real-time PCR, and the Mastercycler ep realplex delivers on both counts. The two-channel systems meet the needs of most laboratories (emission 520/550 nm). Designed for use with SYBR® Green assays, FAM-labeled probes, and can perform single and duplex probe reactions. This system uses photomultiplier tube to achieve high sensitivity, even capable of single-copy detection. High reproducibility is possible at 10 ml reaction volumes with calibrated Eppendorf® pipettes. The Aluminum block model offers fast ramp rates, or choose the “S” model for highest speed.

The Mastercycler ep realplex offers high speed, accuracy, and reproducibility in a small footprint with quiet operation.
