Description
The GeneBLAzer® Gqi5-NFAT-bla CHO-K1 cell line contains the promiscuous GAlpha protein, Gqi5, stably integrated into the CellSensor™ NFAT-bla CHO-K1 cell line. NFAT-bla CHO-K1 cells (# K1078) contain a beta-lactamase reporter gene under control of an NFAT response element stably integrated into CHO-K1 cells. The Gqi5-NFAT-bla CHO-K1 Parental Cell line is designed for the construction of Gi/o coupled GPCR cell based assays, an example of which is demonstrated in Figure 1. Contents and Storage:GeneBLAzer® Gqi5-NFAT-bla CHO-K1 cells are shipped on dry ice. Store in liquid nitrogen immediately upon receipt, or thaw for immediate use.
