Description
For the high-throughput, fluorometric detection of DNase activity. Sensitive assay detects as little as 0.005 U (~10 pg) of DNase I. Certify plastics, enzymes, solutions and other biomaterials as "DNase-free" prior to DNase-sensitive applications such as PCR. Combine with RNaseAlert™ to quantitatively resolve both RNase and DNase activity simultaneously.
